Here are some sneaky behind the scenes topless photos of Paris Hilton doing a bikini shoot. Yup, she is showing her tits again and getting the attention she desperately need. Paris Hilton was paid probably more than most of us make in a year to do this bikini photo shoot in Malibu on Sunday. In an attempt to "repair" her flailing image amid the cocaine charges, Miss Hilton seemingly decided to do a topless photo shoot. It is not logical but this is Paris Hilton we are talking about here.
